Event Description:
International F-1 students who are interested in learning more about the H-1B visa are invited to attend this presentation on Life After the F-1 Visa, a free, on campus presentation by local immigration attorneys David Nachman & Ludka Zimovcak. The presentation will cover the transition from campus to workforce for international students. The presentation has a heavy focus on the H-1B non-immigrant category, which is very popular among international student graduates. We can also discuss other categories such as O-1, L-1, E-3, TN, and H-1B1. If there is time, the presentation will include a very brief overview of green card options. |
