Playwriting Workshop w/ Prof. Stephen Cicirelli & Prof. Jonathan Brantley
Ever wanted to see your words acted out on stage? This 8-week workshop will introduce you to the fundamentals of playwriting. You will learn all of the skills necessary to write your very own one-act play! In spring semester, workshop attendees will have the opportunity to cast and direct their original plays as part of a one-act festival. Act fast! Space is limited. The workshop will meet AT NOON on the following dates, in the Conference Room of the English Department: September 12, September 26, October 10, October 24, November 7, November 14, November 21, December 5.

Mentees will present a specific culture/religion/population by poster presentation, food, or performance. This will bring awareness to the audience (students, staff, faculty), so that they may learn more about the specific cultures and get fully immersed into the diversity that Saint Peter’s students bring.

The Killing Fields (1984)
As a part of the Kristallnacht Film Series, the Center for Holocaust and Genocide studies presents "The Killing Fields" (1984). This Academy Award-winning film tells the story of two American journalists and their Cambodian translator, who bear witness to the horrors of the Cambodian Genocide under the Khmer Rouge regime.
